Returns and Exchanges

Please note, unless faulty, our products cannot be exchanged or returned because they are made exclusively for you.

If you have received a faulty item please contact us directly on the website strictly with in 14 days of receiving your order.

 Faulty return

In accordance with our return policy if your item is faulty and eligible for a return, you have the right to cancel your order if you notify us of the cancellation no longer than 14 days, following the day, on which the product is delivered. You must pay for the return of the product and return the unused product to our nominated address with any tracked courier service, in its original packaging, including the dispatch code within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation.

At our discretion once the item in question is rechecked, in the unlikely event of a fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge and we will refund your return costs. In the unlikely event of neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will issue a full refund.

 Receiving your refund

Once you receive an email confirmation of a refund, you can expect your refund within 14 days of that communication.
